Criteria for changing Major

Request Form for Major Change

Students who wish to change their major for 2nd Semester, Academic Year 2025 to study in 1st Semester, Academic Year 2026, please fill out the request form in the first section and ask for advisor's comment and signature in the second section with transcript and a copy of student ID card.
