Announcement Change program of Study (Major) For 1st Semester, Academic Year 2022

Criteria for changing Major

Request Form for Major Change

Student who wish to change their major in academic year 2022/1, please fill out the major change form in the first section and ask for advisor's comment and signature in the second section with transcript and a copy of student ID card.

Please submit the following document within June 17, 2022 before 3.00 pm via this link
